Returns

Our policy lasts for 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange and / or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Various types of goods are exempt from return. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Products must be sealed and used for no reason.

Open products will not be eligible for exchange and /or credit.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Some health and personal care items

-Earrings.

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your claim is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or change.

Sale items (if applicable)

You can only exchange and / or credit items with regular price, unfortunately the items on sale do not apply for exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Products you buy by mistake will not be redeemed. It is important that you read the product description carefully before purchasing /If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us. You have 5 days from receipt of the order to request the exchange of the merchandise.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the changed product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Merchandise at a special price, there is no change or refund.

The cost of shipping the returned merchandise will be borne by the customer.
